Community Wellness

Mental health doesn't only happen in a therapy office. Sometimes it begins with showing up to a community event, taking a quiet moment to breathe, or trying something new that helps you reconnect with yourself.

Our Community Wellness services are designed to make wellbeing more accessible through experiences that meet people where they are. Whether it's donation-based Acu-Wellness, workplace wellness events, educational programs, community partnerships, or other outreach initiatives, our goal is to bring practical, meaningful support into the places people already live, work, and gather.

We believe prevention is just as important as intervention. By creating opportunities for connection, education, and self-care outside of traditional therapy, we're helping build healthier individuals, stronger organizations, and more connected communities.

Acu-Wellness

Sometimes healing begins by simply allowing your nervous system to rest.

Acu-Wellness utilizes the NADA Protocol, a gentle form of auricular acupuncture that has been used worldwide to support stress reduction, emotional regulation, recovery, and overall wellbeing. Sessions are offered in a quiet community setting and require no talking or processing, creating space for the body to naturally settle and restore.

This service is designed to be accessible, affordable, and available to the community because everyone deserves opportunities to care for their wellbeing.
