About Us

Transcendia Healing Services was founded on the belief that meaningful change happens when we understand the whole picture. Mental health is influenced by our relationships, our work, our communities, our life experiences, and the systems we navigate every day. My goal is to help individuals, organizations, and communities build healthier lives by addressing those connections through therapy, consultation, education, and accessible wellness services.

Meet Ashley

I'm Ashley Hallman, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters of Education Degree in Counseling and Human Development. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Psychology with a specialization in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Integrative Health, reflecting my commitment to advancing evidence-informed, whole-person approaches to behavioral health.

Over the past decade, my career has spanned behavioral health, workforce development, crisis services, substance use treatment, business development, and community-based care. My experience includes supported employment, job recruitment and placement, job coaching, mental health case management, crisis intervention and stabilization, outpatient counseling, substance use treatment, and Drug Treatment Court.

Throughout my career, I have partnered with hospitals, physicians, law enforcement, first responders, court systems, probation offices, employers, treatment providers, and community organizations. Working across these settings has provided me with a broad understanding of the personal, professional, and systemic challenges that influence well-being. It has also reinforced the importance of collaboration, prevention, and practical solutions that extend beyond traditional mental health treatment.

That experience shapes every service I provide.

In therapy, I help individuals move beyond symptom management by understanding the patterns, experiences, and circumstances that contribute to the challenges they face. Together, we work to develop greater insight, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My experience in workforce development, business development, and organizational collaboration also informs my workplace consultation services. Having worked with employers, healthcare professionals, first responders, and community agencies, I understand that organizational health and employee well-being are deeply connected. I partner with organizations to strengthen workplace culture, support employee wellness, improve resilience, and provide practical behavioral health education tailored to the unique needs of each team.

Education has been a consistent part of my professional journey. Whether speaking to community groups, facilitating workshops, providing professional training, or developing wellness initiatives, I believe that increasing knowledge and access to resources empowers people long before they reach a point of crisis. My goal is to make behavioral health information practical, relevant, and applicable to everyday life.

I also believe that wellness should be accessible beyond the therapy office. Through community-based wellness services, I strive to create opportunities for stress reduction, nervous system regulation, connection, and personal growth in settings that are approachable and inclusive. These services complement, not replace, clinical care and reflect my belief that prevention and wellness are essential components of a healthier community.

Everything I offer through Transcendia is connected by the same mission: helping individuals, organizations, and communities better understand what influences well-being and providing practical, compassionate support that leads to meaningful and lasting change.
